I offer 4 in-person prenatal appointments and birth plan tools and templates; and you can call, text or email me any time of day.

My goal is for you to have a beautiful, satisfying birth. I fully invest in my clients, and you’ll never be left alone in the experience.

My in-person support through active labor and birth incorporates modern tools such as a TENS unit and red light therapy along with time-honed, traditional skills that bring comfort and ease to your birthing experience.

I offer the breastfeeding support, birth processing, and gentle guidance you need as you settle into your new life.

For families outside my travel area, or anyone needing quick support, I offer childbirth education, birth planning, and on-call phone support.
